IRM is incorporated by the corporate affairs commission under the companies and allied matters act 1990 (RC 1349180) and is limited by guarantee.

OUR MANDATE

Our Mandate is to design and manage human capacity building and development programmes for individuals, private persons, workers of all categories in government agencies and companies in both public and private sectors, through training, workshops, symposia, conferences, lectures, internship, field work, assessment and evaluation.

We also have responsibility for promoting post-retirement interest mapping and specialized vocational activities, services, entrepreneurship and technological acquisitions, financial planning, book keeping, health and wellness for better adjustment to the challenges of retirement and advocacy programmes designed to champion and safeguard the interest of vulnerable retirees.

IRM is a formal platform for unleashing the reserved energy of both retirees and would-be retirees.
