Our Objectives

To drive its vision and actualize its mandate, the Institute aims at achieving the following objectives:

Provide a vehicle for knowledge management for the benefit of members and other stakeholders;
Conduct research and publish outcomes for the benefit of members and interested public;
Develop the capabilities of members for entrepreneurial and humanitarian activities;
Serve as a platform for mobilizing, articulating and addressing the interest of members;
Provide relevant guidance to help both members and other beneficiaries of its services to access the evolving environment in which retirees operate in Nigeria;
Administer a register of retirees and potential retirees with a view to representing their interests;
Help moderate and reduce the size of the organized public sector by empowering workers for early retirement; and
Evolve a health and wellness scheme for benefit of members.
